Return Policy

The Customer’s Responsibility Statement

A signature is required for ALL orders. Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed to sign for the package, so a guardian or doctor must sign for them.

Refunds are only offered if there is obvious damage to the package and its contents. In order to get a refund, kindly check the package before signing for it. If you have signed for the package, we will no longer be able to offer a refund.

If your order never arrived, AND there is no signature confirmation, immediately contact customer service to either get a refund or a new shipment.

Aside from the above conditions, refunds are not offered. If you have any questions regarding the refund policy, you may get in touch with customer service .

Returned orders are returned to the pharmacy and destroyed. If you would like to order again, there will be an item cost added for the re-shipped order.
